Want to step up your skill level on the mat? This class is a chance to experiment with more advanced poses in an open environment. Class begins with a vinyasa flow to warm up the body and prep for intermediate poses. Gain flexibility and strength throughout the practice while contributing to conversation of suggestions and questions. Learn a new intermediate pose every week or work on your own practice free from kids, animals and furniture! The final 10 minutes is devoted to Savasana. Find your happy place and listen to a guided meditation to complete your co-created yoga practice.
