Enjoy physical yoga for 40 mins followed by 10 mins of psychology activities on varying topics like gratitude, motivation, reducing reactivity, and the values underlying our emotions; closing with 10 mins of stress reduction practice and meditation. Designed to help you check all the self-growth boxes – efficiently and effectively.
