The Cedar Falls Food Co-op and Ananda Studio are providing an Aya class in the park for you!
What is Aya? It is a type of dancing that connects you to others as well as your own mind, body and spirit and it is for all ages and abilities.
Join us on Friday, October 4 from 5:15 to 6:30 p.m. at Seerley Park near the UNI campus (corner of Seerley and Tremont in Cedar Falls).
Dancing will start by 5:30 p.m. and last about an hour. Stay after to socialize if you wish with energy bites and non-alcoholic beverages provided by the Co-op.
This event is free and open to public. Everybody is welcome!
If you are able, a free-will donation is welcome - proceeds all go to Waterloo Greens To Go a mobile produce stand increasing access to local, fresh, affordable produce in more regions in the Cedar Valley.
Bring a friend or two, and come get your blood pumping before your busy weekend starts!
(For those with kids: All ages are welcome. If kids are too young to dance, there is a play place nearby where they can go, but you must be in the park at the event while they are there. We will have a few teen co-op friends there to help at the play area - a donation for their time and energy is appreciated -but you'll need to respond to the comment at the
Facebook Event page if you plan to take advantage of this option.)
